3. How can I let the school know that I am concerned about my child’s progress?

If you have any concerns about your child’s progress in school, you should speak to your child’s class teacher initially. You can also talk to the Parent Support Advisor in school. If you continue to be concerned that your child is not making satisfactory progress, you may ask for an appointment to speak with the Special Education Needs/Disabilities Co-ordinator (SENCo). The school SEND Governor can also be contacted for support.
