Any spellings you get wrong in the test you should write out 3 times for extra practise.

Your task will be to write the build up to the BFG making sure you include techniques of suspense writing. This will be handed in on Teams.

Mild:
Describe feelings.
Make sure all sentences make sense.
Use adjectives you created and researched this week.
Spicy:
Use a range of coordinating conjunctions to create compound sentences.
Challenge yourself to use advanced vocabulary for description.
Describe Sophie's/BFG's feelings.
Hot:
Use similes and metaphors to build on your description.
Use a semi colon correctly to link 2 related sentences.
Maths
We are continuing to look at the area model for multiplication today. We will use the second part of the worksheet (from question 5).
