The Year 5 children have just returned from the most wonderful overnight residential stay at the Falmouth Maritime Museum. Overnight, the children learnt all about the life of a Viking, from trading and transport, to sailing ships and using the wind to travel. They were also able to cast their own coin which they were able to keep. The children were brilliantly behaved and were a credit to their families and to their class teachers. They did all manage to sleep, although some of the children were disappointed that the exhibits didn't come to life!
