Inverted Commas and Setting descriptions
Look again at 'Where the forest Meets the Sea' and think about the kind of discussions/conversations
they will be having together. Today's lesson will be thinking about adding speech using the correct punctuation.
Before you begin, look at your reading book and find examples of inverted commas (or speech marks).
See if you can notice a pattern where the capital letters and commas are.
Then watch the powerpoint which contains your task.
We will doing White Rose Maths Spring Week 2- Multiplication and Division. There are tasks to do during the video and you will need to stop the video to do them. Today there is a worksheet to have a go at too.

Look at the flipchart and listen to the reading of 'Me.........Jane' by Patrick McDonnell.
